Warning: Sites Impersonating PointDash and Acenci Services

We have identified websites impersonating Acenci and PointDash. Fake sites are often designed to look credible enough to capture login details, personal information, or payment information from unsuspecting users.

It's important to note that Acenci applications and websites only operate on the following domains:

Official domains

The only official top-level domains used for Acenci services are:

• acenci.com
• pointdash.co
• pointdash.com.au

That means legitimate Acenci and PointDash services may appear on subdomains of those domains, such as account.acenci.com or app.pointdash.co, but not on lookalike domains.

If a site claiming to be Acenci or PointDash is not on one of those domains, it is not operated by us.

How to verify you are on a legitimate site

Before entering credentials or personal information, check the address bar carefully:

1. Check the root domain, not just the branding. A page can display the PointDash name or Acenci logo and still be fraudulent.
2. Look for spelling changes. Domains like pointsdash.com.au, pointdash-app.com, or pointdashco.net are not operated by us.
3. Use direct navigation when unsure. Instead of following a link from an email, message, or social post, type the address manually, such as account.acenci.com.
4. Use the domain whitelist if you need to confirm. Our official whitelist contains the official domains and subdomains we use.

What to do if you have visited a suspicious site

If you believe you have visited a site impersonating Acenci, or entered your details into one, act quickly:

1. Change your Acenci Account password immediately at account.acenci.com.
2. Enable two-factor authentication if it is not already enabled.
3. Notify your internal IT or admin team if your school or organisation manages your access.
4. Contact our support team through help.acenci.com so we can investigate and assist.

Reporting impersonating sites

If you find a site impersonating Acenci or PointDash, please report it to us via our contact page and include the full URL of the suspicious site. If possible, include screenshots and details about how you found it.
